Loss and Grief Therapy

Losing someone or something you love is very painful. Endings can be so difficult to get through and life might never be the same again. Bereavement, separation, break ups and endings can have a major impact on our mental health and the experience of dealing with the loss and the grief that may follow is different for everyone. In coming to terms with a loss we can go through such a huge range of emotions that can vary from shock to anger to depression. Emotions can even range from numbness to intense feelings and can leave you struggling with everyday life and normal tasks.

In therapy I can offer support to help you work through your emotions and come to terms with the loss, readjusting to how life is now and recovering from the grief and sadness at your own pace.
